  I went to longhorn for the 3rd time the other night and I will never go back. We were seated and greeted by a server named Morgan ( she was awesome). After she took our order a server named Lacey came over to us and made a rude remark towards the other server stating that she was sorry for us because Morgan isn't a good server.. Which I immediately was very mad about. It was very un professional and rude. I paid 24.99 for a Flo's filet , I asked for it to be cooked medium. Whrm they brought it out i realized it was rare so I sent it back to the grill to be cooked longer. They brought it out for the second time and it was still rare! So of course I sent it back. Once they brought it back out the 3rd time it was now well done! It was dry and not worth my money. I took two bites and asked for my bill and left. Because of this horrible experience and unfriendly staff I will never go back. I would like to thank Morgan for trying her best despite the horrible cooks and the other very unprofessional and rude server Lacey.

  The service was slow, our waitress was nowhere to be found. When the food came out it was all cold. Sent it back and they reheated my steak!!! Are you kidding me?!?! You can't reheat steak to get the right temperature. On to McDonalds for a better meal

  The fries were too greasy and the burger was overcooked. The waiter informed the manager about the issue and all I got was thanks for letting us know and sorry you didn't eat your meal ... here is the check...
