- 1 / 5By dena colemanI ordered white pizza from arts jug and it wasnt like any white pizza i have ever had from any pizza place. This was a cheese pizza minus the sauce. I would say it was like a large dry bread stick. Nothing about it was appetizing . I should mention the customer service was horrible as well. I called and explained that it was not like any white pizza i had ever had and we were not satisfied with it and could not eat it. We asked if they would let us return it and exchange it for a plain regular cheese pizza. The answer was no and that we would have to pay full price for a replacement. I had just spent 60 on food with them. Although it is thier option not to replace it to make thier customer happy they have lost regular business over that instead of gaining a lifetime customer.February 25, 2017
